How We Bake & Do Business at Sweet Addicts 901
Please read all policies before filling out a Custom Cake Inquiry Form.
Order Notice
Custom cakes require a minimum of 1–3 weeks’ notice. Rush orders may be accepted based on availability and will incur a rush fee. Once your design is confirmed, no major changes can be made within 5 days of the pickup or delivery date.
Deposits & Payments
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before your scheduled pickup or delivery date. Failure to pay the remaining balance on time may result in order cancellation without a refund.
Delivery & Pickup
Pickup is in the East Memphis area. Delivery is available for a fee, depending on the area of Memphis you are in. If you anticipate being late to pickup or have any issues, please communicate as soon as possible. Late pick ups are subject to a late pick up fee.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 7 days before your scheduled pickup or delivery date. Payments may be credited toward a future order within 3 months, if proper notice is given. Orders canceled or rescheduled with less than 7 days’ notice will result in forfeiture of all payments.
Liability After Pickup/Delivery
Sweet Addicts 901 is not responsible for any damage, loss, or spoilage of products after they have been picked up or delivered. Please handle and store your items carefully, following any instructions provided, to maintain the best quality and safety of your order.
Allergens Disclaimer
All products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, and nuts. While we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free product. Sweet Addicts 901 is not liable for any allergic reactions.
Photo Release
By placing an order, you agree that Sweet Addicts 901 may photograph your custom desserts for use on our website and social media, unless otherwise requested in writing.
